Product description
A high-protein pea TVP with a firm, meat-like texture and satisfying bite. Its irregular, porous pieces hydrate efficiently while maintaining their structure. Compared with the 65% version, it offers noticeably improved firmness and a slightly darker dry appearance that becomes lighter after rehydration. Ideal for plant-based and hybrid burgers, patties, meatballs, sausages, kebabs, fillings and ready meals.
Ingredients: Pea (Pisum sativum) protein isolate, pea (Pisum sativum) protein concentrate, yeast extract.
