thickens, stabilizes, provides the desired texture and structure, prevents
syneresis, gelatinizes, acts as a natural emulsifier, increases freezing and
defrosting stability, as well as prevents the creation of ice crystals.
Lutkala
is a COMPLETELY NATURAL replacement for chemical or synthetic thickeners, such
as pectin, modified starch or xanthan gum. The use of Lutkala allows for eliminating
undesirable “E” ingredients from the products, following the CLEAN LABEL trend.
Our
patented manufacturing technology relies on extrusion to process high-fibre plant-based post-manufacturing materials, which is fully in line with the
ideas of ZERO WASTE.
Lutkala contains natural apple FIBRE with documented HEALTH PROMOTING properties.
