SHELF LIFE SOLUTIONS
Utilising the five senses, we inspire innovation in food. Our Xtendra range of traditional antioxidant solutions combine ingredients that have been long proven to protect the oxidative stability of your final product. We ensure that these blends of BHA, TBHQ, Ascorbyl Palmitate [ASP] & other traditional antioxidants remain effective even in low concentrations and do not contribute any colour, odour or flavour to your food. We reach out to a wide range of food industries such as fats and oil, seasonings, infant food, packed snacks, meat and poultry etc.
NaSure, our plant-based antioxidant products offer you a natural alternative shelf life extensions. Rosemary extract, Green Tea and Mixed Tocopherols are just some of the natural ingredients we use to encourage high antioxidant activity and to ensure that your food stays fresher for longer. Our tailor-made antioxidant solutions have been developed with the objective of giving our customer, greater control over their product basket.

Over the years, CFS has perfected the development of vanillin and ethyl vanillin by having a fully traceable vertically integrated production. Our product offers trust that comes with our vertically integrated platform and an environment-friendly route of synthesis. Vanesse, our pure vanillin gives rich and all-around flavour profile and Evanil (ethyl vanillin) offer a more concentrated flavour profile. Our products offer highest standards of safety with each batch carefully tested by our food flavourist, so that people can enjoy finer things in life.
