                  Jelucel Fibres, are Dietary Fibre Ingredient. These are natural and extracted from Plants in form of dry Powder in Germany. Jelucel Dietary Fibres forms 3 Dimensional Fibre Network inside the product and holds water via Capillary Forces. This results in Proper Moisture Dispersion throughout the product resulting in enhance Texture, Softness, Freezing and Thawing stability along with uniform heating/baking/Frying processes. Further, they reduce Syneresis and support Emulsification. Additional water in capillary forces of fibre adds to enhanced mouth feel along with better shelf life.
