Kikkoman Group's roots are in the production and marketing of soy sauce in
Japan and worldwide. Our
original soy sauce is manufactured from only four carefully selected
ingredients: water, soybeans, wheat and salt. The soybeans are all guaranteed
GMO-free. Kikkoman soy sauce does not contain artificial additives and develops
its delicious aroma during several months of natural fermentation. Kikkoman produces
a gluten free, a reduced salt and an organic alternative to our original soy
sauce and offers a variety of other sauces.
Kikkoman also offers several kinds of dehydrated soy sauce that satisfies industrial food production standards. Various powder concentrates are spray dried using maltodextrin. Dehydrated soy sauce is the ideal base for dry bouillons, soups, sauces and marinades. It is available in 25 kg containers with up to 400 kg per pallet and various nitrogen content. The natural brewing method does not trigger any 3-MCPD chemical reaction.
Our European Headquarter is located in Düsseldorf, Germany. Since 1997 the European production facility at Hoogezand-Sappemeer in the Netherlands manufactures Kikkoman sauces for Europe, the Russian Federation and also to the Middle East & African countries.
