Ohly® is one of the world's leading suppliers of yeast
derivatives and culinary powders for the global food, biotechnology, human, and
animal health markets. The company offers a wide range of multifunctional
specialties based on natural baker's and torula yeast.
Founded in 1836 as ‘Heinrich Helbing Korndestillerie’ in Hamburg,
Germany, Ohly has a long history in fermentation, PRECISION EXTRACTION® and
spray drying technology. Today, the company has an additional production site
in Wisconsin, US, and a Customer Innovation Centre in Chicago. This year, Ohly
is commissioning its newest spray drying tower and a new fermentation facility
in Hamburg.
