sweetness equal to ∼50-60% of sucrose. It is known for its
versatility and fiber functionalities and will act as a binder and humectant. VitaFiber®
IMO gently fosters a healthy gut without gastric disruption. Used in multiple
applications including meal replacement bars, confectionery, cereal products
and beverages.
