■ Dyne Bio Inc. Challenges New BioHealth Material Industry With Advanced Bio Research Work
- Over the past 23 years since the establishment in 1999, we have been developing a number of new technologies and new products by focusing on research and development with the aim of developing new biotechnology and healthcare materials, and has realized sales of 11.2 billion KRW in 2022.
- Consequently, we have been recognized for our technology through the Korea Government's New Technology Certification (NET), the Institute of Excellence (ECRC), the Korea Biotechnology Innovation Awards, and the Korea Microbiotechnology Research Awards.
- Marine life is attracting attention as a target for developing new concepts of biomedical and healthcare materials because it has diversity and specificity that land life does not have. As a future bio-healthcare source material company, Dyne Bio Inc. aims to enter the global healthcare food market through B2B commercialization, bringing forth red algae (Gelidium elegans) as a functional food material that is proven to be effective in improving immune function and metabolic diseases.
- In particular, Dyne-NAO received approval from the U.S. FDA in February 2022 for its safety and recognized as a NDI(New Dietary Ingredient). A Novel Food status in Europe, is also currently under review of the EFSA. Additionally, under the name of "Healthy NAO", Dyne-NAO has been developed into an end user product, a powdery product where the taste, scent and solubility of the ingredient is improved and bringing forth the taste and the ease of consumption preferred for all ages of the product, Dyne Bio intends to leap forward to become a global healthcare material exporter starting from entering the U.S. market and then Canadian and European market, in turn.
