Campden BRI is to host its annual open day on the company’s Chipping Campden Site on Wednesday 6th June. Ian Wright, Chief Executive, FDF, will deliver the annual Campden lecture.

Campden BRI is to host its annual open day on the company’s Chipping Campden Site on Wednesday 6th June. Ian Wright, Chief Executive, FDF, will deliver the annual Campden lecture.

There will also be three hot topic briefing sessions on:

+ BRC Global standard for food safety version 8 – what can we expect?

+ Food fraud and import/export at a time of change

+ Advances in detecting pathogens in foods

Campden says there will be plenty of opportunities to network with around 500 high profile personnel from the food and drink industry, as well as talk to many of the company’s technical experts. Attendees will also get to see behind the scenes at Campden BRI through guided tours of the pilot plant and bakery.

The winners of the UK heats of the industry-sponsored student food innovation competition, Ecotrophelia 2018, will be announced and there will be an opportunity to meet all the UK finalists and view their innovative new food and drink products.
