Fi South America takes place from 21-23 August 2018 at the Transamerica Expo Center in São Paulo, Brazil.

Welcoming 9,000+ industry professionals, and 700+ suppliers from across the globe, Fi South America gives attendees the chance to learn, source and grow their brand and innovations. It also enables them to keep abreast of the latest trends and insights seasoning the industry at the Fi South American Conference and the onsite Innovation Tours, as well as to discover the latest food innovations and their applications at the Start up Innovation Challenge and the Laboratory of Innovation.

Visitors can participate in a guided tour by industry professionals to learn about the latest innovations and trends in the food and beverage industry in Latin America, with a special focus on Brazil.

They can also learn about consumer insights and the latest trends affecting the food and beverage industry in South America, such as developments with plant-based products and competitiveness in the packaging industry, at onsite conferences and workshops.
