Na-REDUKTEAN Clean Label low Sodium Salts

NaREDUKTEAN® Salts range is composed of two types of low sodium salts:
    > A Clean Label low sodium salt (NaCl and KCl naturally crystallized together).
    > A 0% Sodium Salt Substitute blend with a very efficient bitterness masking.

NaREDUKTEAN® CL (Clean Label) Salt is a natural mineral salt with a high content of potassium chloride. NaCl and KCl grains are crystallized together. This is a sodium reduction solution suitable for Clean Labelling of food products.
Labelling: “mineral salt” or “light-sodium salt”.
NaREDUKTEAN® CL (Clean Label) allows to reduce 40% sodium in food products.

NaREDUKTEAN® BL (Blended) Salts are dry blends based on potassium chloride and sodium chloride. A natural flavouring is added to the salt in order to erase the bitterness of the potassium chloride.
These salts offer a very efficient sodium reduction solution with excellent results in flavour, texture and shelf life, over -50% sodium reduction and up to 100% sodium substitution.
