Edifett® SCP baking emulsifiers are powdered spray-dried emulsions that can be added to various aerated cake applications. These baking emulsifiers are developed for long shelf life. These versatile ingredients can be applied in all-in-one baking mixes for home use, for artisan cakes or in industrial baking processes. Edifett® SCP is most effective in whipped and stirred batters such as sponge cakes, pound cakes, Madeira cakes, muffins and Swiss rolls.
