Pronex S.A offers wide range of products which includes carminex watersoluble extra red (new launch). It is categorised under carminic acid (cochineal extract) color line. It is substantially protein free (less than 0.3%). It does not use gelatine in their preparation. It is easy to prepare concentrated liquid solution, not viscous up to 25%, due to lack of proteins. It has purity of 75% or less. It is 15% redder in compare to commercial water-soluble carmines even with the same carminic acid content. It means 15% less dosage to obtain same color. It is called the “dream carmine”. It has new characteristics that makes it fully superior to any other carmine watersoluble in the market.
