Jelu-Werk offers a wide variety of products which includes JELUCEL® plant fibres. They are valuable dietary fibres with multi-functional properties, available in fibre or powder form. The following qualities are based on annual plants: JELUCEL® WF (wheat fibres), JELUCEL® OF (oat fibres) and JELUCEL® BF (bamboo fibres). The desired fibre length distributions are obtained using purely mechanical procedures. It can be used in the area of food production in manifold ways.
