Licorice Extract (succus liquiritiae) is the natural and concentrated juice which is obtained by water and steam extraction of the licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.)
BLOCKS & POWDER Traditional licorice types in blocks and spray-dried powders.
GRANULES & PASTE Quickly-soluble granulate and low-viscosity, pumpable pastes (standardized or individually infused with ammomium chloride, flavoured, low-sugar etc.).
LOW-DUST POWDER User-friendly licorice extract as a fine, low-dust powder, available in tailor-made qualities according to customer requirements.
