It consists 100 % out of natural materials, citric acid and ethanol and is used as flavour and carrier for flavours in the food industry. It is also permitted as a processing aid to whip egg whites. Applications: food, beverages, personal care, cleaners & detergents, industrial applications, healthcare, feed & pet food.
