We use a proprietary extraction process that takes the latest technology insights into account to produce our distinctive pure and natural vanilla extracts. This process preserves the distinctive flavor compounds contained.

The alcohol-free bourbon Vanilla Extract is made from premium, cultivated and hand-selected vanilla beans from the bourbon region. Our proprietary state of the art extraction process gently draws out and preserves more than 300 flavor compounds of the beans which results in a flavor profile that is full, sweet, creamy, mellow and with velvety after-tones. The alcohol-free vanilla extract version is the perfect all-purpose vanilla application due to the complex flavor profile and consistent quality. Further it has the same rich flavor as our conventional bourbon vanilla extract, without the addition of alcohol. Moreover, our alcohol-free extract is kids friendly and can be used in different areas without hesitation.
