The Organic, Fairtrade-certified Bourbon Vanilla Extract is made from premium, cultivated and hand-selected fair-traded organic vanilla beans from the bourbon region. Our proprietary state of the art extraction process gently draws out and preserves more than 300 flavor compounds of the beans which results in a flavor profile that is full, sweet, creamy, mellow and with velvety after-tones. The vanilla extract is the perfect all-purpose vanilla application due to the complex flavor profile and consistent quality. Moreover, our extract can be used in different areas without hesitation.
