King-Prebiotics® FOS is produced by transfructosylation (enzymatic fermentation) of sucrose, with the degree of polymerization (DP) from 3 to 6, and are considered as short-chain fructooligosaccharides(scFOS).

-Better food application properties, such as less Maillard reaction and less gas production.- Better prebiotics effect compare with long-chain fructans.
