Konjac Powder/Gel is a dietary fibre, deriving from the tuber belonging to the family of the Araceene, originally from South East Asia. It is called Konjac or 'Devils's tongue'. Components: Glucomannan. Packaging: 20 or 25 kg poly bags. Application: Gelling agent, thickener, stabiliser, emulsifier, etc.
