Raisin Puree 35° - 60° - 78° Brix (Organic-Conventional)

Product description

Raisin Paste is made from dried raisin. It has a mild fruity flavour. Its consistency is light viscous, homogeneous (filtered), pliable and free from hard lumps. The colour is dark brown. A natural sediment can occur.

Applications: Food industry, bakery, sauces, dairy, energy preparations, etc.

Available in Bag-in-Boxes and drums.
