VEDEQSA is specialised in manufacturing additives and specialties for the food and the cosmetic industries.
The quality of products is essential to reach local and international markets, which are increasingly more dynamic and with new technical requirements. The R&D&i department is composed of technical professionals experts in food and cosmetics and, in collaboration with the customer, develop specific solutions for each sector. VEDEQSA‘s laboratories are fully equipped with the most advanced chromatographic, spectroscopic and microbiological technologies and all types of raw material and formulated products are analysed and controlled.

Furthermore, VEDEQSA makes available to its customers its experiencetechnology and equipment to optimise the efficacy of its products in their processes. The technical team of VEDEQSA performs chemical and microbiological analyses. They also evaluate and validate in the pilot plant for the production of meat products the doses, the application points and the shelf life of the final product, as requested by the customers.

Moreover, VEDEQSA uses the microencapsulation technology to optimise the functionality of preservatives and acidulants in several sectors, such as the bakery, confectionery and meat.
