Produced from American grown corn and Inherently gluten-free, FYBRIN® RS is high-fiber and low profile-- with a minimum of 85% fiber, it is easily incorporated into baked goods and snacks.  High incorporation rates are possible due to its lower water holding capacity and neutral flavor.  These high inclusion rates can reduce “net” carbohydrates, and lower calories in baked goods while easily achieving fiber claims.
