Potato Granules

Product description

Unlike potato flakes, potato granules have a higher density and are less able to absorb water. Potato granules are soluble in hot water. Products produced with potato granules are characterised by their firmer consistency when prepared. Potato granules are above all a base for snack products, frozen products and baked goods.
