Our tapioca syrup is a colorless syrup that has a clean sweet flavor with light buttery and honey flavor notes. It is made from the enzymatic treatment of tapioca using GMO -free natural enzymes and is filtered and concentrated to heavy syrup. It is a healthy alternative to refined sugar and is gluten-free, hypoallergenic. Our Tapioca Syrup is available from 20DE up to 70DE.

Our range of tapioca-based syrups is also available in Infant-Safe versions. This range includes the traditional glucose syrups, maltose syrups, fructose syrups; and low sugar syrups. These variants are ultra-refined aid digestion and can be safely consumed by infants.
